Ingredients
- 8 hot dog buns
- 16 thin slices of ham
- 16 thin slices of Swiss cheese
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 B&G® Kosher Dill Spears
- Yellow mustard
Directions
- Open hot dog buns and place two slices of ham followed by two pieces of cheese on each bun. Place them on a baking sheet and set aside. Preheat oven broiler.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat on one side and medium-low on the other.
- Grill hot dogs on the hot side first to create grill marks.
- Move to the cooler side and cook to an internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- When hot dogs are almost done, place the open-faced buns under the broiler and cook until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- When hot dogs are ready, place one on each bun and top with a pickle spear and yellow mustard.
