Argentine Steak Salad Recipe

Ingredients
Spicy Chimichurri Dressing
- 3/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley (lightly packed)
- 1/4 cup Regina® Red Wine Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Polaner® Chopped Garlic
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp Polaner® Chopped Oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp Trappey’s® Red Devil Hot Sauce
Steak Salad
- 1 1/2 lb London broil beef top round steak, boneless
- 1 tsp Accent® Flavor Enhancer
- 12 oz mixed green beans
- 1 jar Sweet Red Peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Spicy Chimichurri Dressing
- In bowl, combine Italian parsley, red wine vinegar, chopped garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, water, chopped oregano, and hot sauce until well blended and set aside.
Steak Salad
- Makes about 1 cup.
- Heat coals or gas grill.
- Sprinkle steak with flavor enhancer; grill to desired doneness, turning once.
- Cut beef into thin slices.
- In large bowl, toss beef slices, Spicy Chimichurri Dressing, salad greens, pepper strips and mushrooms.
- Serve immediately.
