  • A tasty salad with London broil beef.

Ingredients

Spicy Chimichurri Dressing

  • 3/4 cup finely chopped Italian parsley (lightly packed)
  • 1/4 cup Regina® Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Polaner® Chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tsp Polaner® Chopped Oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp Trappey’s® Red Devil Hot Sauce

Steak Salad

  • 1 1/2 lb London broil beef top round steak, boneless
  • 1 tsp Accent® Flavor Enhancer
  • 12 oz mixed green beans
  • 1 jar Sweet Red Peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Directions

Spicy Chimichurri Dressing

  1. In bowl, combine Italian parsley, red wine vinegar, chopped garlic, extra-virgin olive oil, water, chopped oregano, and hot sauce until well blended and set aside.

Steak Salad

  1. Makes about 1 cup.
  2. Heat coals or gas grill.
  3. Sprinkle steak with flavor enhancer; grill to desired doneness, turning once.
  4. Cut beef into thin slices.
  5. In large bowl, toss beef slices, Spicy Chimichurri Dressing, salad greens, pepper strips and mushrooms.
  6. Serve immediately.
